1. Motivation-Training to listen and participate

Motivation can be directed and increased. When this is the case, the person has self-discipline 2.0 and it just makes everything easier and better for them.

Like any skill, this skill requires practice to get really good at it. But it's worth it, because think about it ... There are few skills as useful as the ability to fully control motivation. That's why it should be worth it to us to invest 10 minutes every day to get really good at this valuable skill. Only through daily training will we make great progress in the long run. The training will be very easy if you download the motivation training, save it on your device and listen to it every day (preferably at the same time) and follow it with concentration.

My voice will guide you through the 5 steps of the motivation training:

3.   Extrinsic Motivation (90 seconds)

2. My current workout routine

My training is very time efficient. I train 6 times a week for 20 minutes right before showering. Very effectively I train my body and my willpower. Lose weight, build muscle, build endurance and do something for long-term health and vitality ... All this with only 2 hours of time every week. The effects are quickly visible.
 

You can create your own simple workout routine or adopt mine. I start with 6 warm-ups and 12 strength endurance exercises. The order and weight are always the same. I time myself each time and just try to beat my best each time. If I'm under 19 minutes for a week, I make my exercise routine a little harder.

3. My motivation training

Motivation can be directed and increased. If this is the case, the person has self-discipline 2.0 and this simply makes everything easier, and better.

 

Like any skill, this skill requires practice to become really good at it. Think about it ... What skill could be more valuable than being able to direct and increase motivation? That's why it should be worth our while to practice this valuable skill every day for 10 minutes in the morning. As a small side effect, we are then highly motivated for the rest of the day.
